Frank Keegan has extensive experience in the area of Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, development of Health & Safety manuals and policies & procedures. He has been training and consulting on these issues for more than a decade. In association with FJD Engineering, Frank has also Health & Safety related engineering services and consultation.
Frank has worked closely with a wide range of clients in various industries to provide hands on training and develop Health & Safety programs specific to each client.

With over 18 years of experience within the Manufacturing environment, Frank has worked in various positions of increased responsibility covering Industrial Engineering with the automotive sector (GM and Chrysler), Production Supervisor, Materials Handling Supervisor and Distribution Manager within the Plastics Industry (Rubbermaid Canada), Human Resources Manager/Health & Safety Coordinator.
Frank has been training/consulting within small, medium and large sized companies covering well over twenty-five various safety-related programs spanning twenty-three years.
